Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in principle.
However, we will accept a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

You received an item different from the one you ordered.

You received an item that has passed its expiration date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including for items that have been opened or used. Please also note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for orders that were not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or were intentionally refused by the customer.
Return & Exchange Procedure
If your order meets the conditions above, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process an exchange or refund depending on product availability.
To help our support team assist you quickly, you must include the following evidence with your report:

Photos of all six sides of the box.

Photos of all items that were inside the box.

Photos of the specific item clearly showing the issue.
Please be aware that any damage to the product's packaging will not be considered a damaged item and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Reshipment Policy
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the reshipping cost. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not eligible for a refund, and you will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
