Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped once a month on the 15th. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Fee

A flat rate shipping fee of $34.60 will be applied to all orders.

Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Your package may be delivered by FedEx, UPS, or Japan Post.

Customs and Duties

Since all orders are shipped from Japan, your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes. A customs duty of 15% will be added to your order total. Please be aware that these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
