What is Japan Flavor Quest?
Japan Flavor Quest is a snack subscription service that delivers curated Japanese snack boxes to your doorstep. Each box features a mix of sweet and savory snacks inspired by Japan's regions and seasons.
What kind of snacks are included?
Our boxes include a variety of authentic Japanese snacks such as mochi, senbei (rice crackers), matcha treats, dagashi (traditional candy), and seasonal specialties. Each box contains 15-20 unique items.
Are the snacks authentic?
Yes! All snacks are sourced directly from Japan. We work with local producers and suppliers to bring you the most authentic flavors and treats that you won't find in regular stores.
Can I buy a box as a gift?
Absolutely! We offer gift subscriptions of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. You can also send a one-time box as a gift. We'll include a personalized gift message with your order.
Do you donate to charity?
Yes, a portion of every purchase goes to support children in Japan who are living in poverty and communities recovering from natural disasters.
How is Japan Flavor Quest different from other snack boxes?
We focus on curating themed boxes that tell a story of Japan's diverse regions and seasons. Each box is carefully put together to offer a balanced mix of flavors, textures, and experiences. We also donate a portion of each purchase to charity.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will I be charged?
For subscriptions, you'll be charged on the date you originally subscribed each billing cycle. For one-time purchases, you'll be charged at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds for damaged or defective products. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your box. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
Is my payment information secure?

We ship worldwide! Shipping is available to most countries. Delivery times and costs vary by location.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic (Japan): 2-4 business days. USA/Canada: 7-14 business days. Europe: 10-20 business days. Rest of world: 14-28 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on 12-month subscriptions to select countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your box's journey to your door.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Simply log in, go to "My Subscriptions," and click "Cancel." Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period ends.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes will take effect on your next billing date.
Can I skip a month?
Yes! You can skip an upcoming delivery from your account dashboard. Please make sure to skip before the billing date to avoid being charged.
