ABOUT

A Small Treat with
a Big Purpose

When we were kids growing up in Japan, nothing made us happier than going to the local dagashi-ya - tiny neighborhood candy stores packed with colorful, quirky snacks. With just a few coins, we could leave with a bag full of treats, feeling like we had struck gold.

Those snacks weren’t just food.
They were after-school rewards, laughter shared with friends, little pick-me-ups on a rough day.Even now, those simple memories warm our hearts.

As adults, we’ve seen how people around the world light up when they taste something new.
Watching someone try a Japanese soda-flavored gummy for the first time and smile - that’s when we realized: everyone deserves small moments of joy.

That’s why we created this box. It’s more than just a collection of Japanese snacks. It’s a way to share the fun, the surprise, and the kindness we grew up with - across borders and cultures.

A Treat for You,
Hope for Someone Else

But we didn’t want this to be just about fun. From the start, we felt it should do more - it should give back.
So we donate 5% of our sales to support:

  • Children in Japan who are living in poverty

  • Communities recovering from natural disasters like earthquakes, floods, and typhoons

In Japan today, 1 in 7 children lives in relative poverty.
Some have never even had the chance to step into acandy store.
And with more frequent natural disasters, many towns need long-term recovery support.

We believe happiness grows when it’s shared. And we believe businesses can - and should - be part of the solution.
Every time you order a box, you're not only enjoying something sweet.
You're also sending a littlehope to someone who really needs it.

Why We Do What We Do

Our mission is simple:
To show the world that even the smallest treat can carry deep meaning.

Sure, it’s about the flavor.
But it’s also about connection - between you and Japan, between joy and kindness,
between your choice and someone else’s brighter tomorrow.

We don’t just pack snacks.
We pack stories, memories, smiles - and a little bit of heart.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Let’s share something sweet, together.
